    All plans include a full annual rental property tax return, maximisation of eligible deductions, IRD correspondence, ring-fencing loss advice, and a depreciation schedule. One fixed fee — no extras, no surprises.
    Do I need to visit your office?
    No! We work with clients right across New Zealand remotely. Simply send us your documents via email or our secure portal and we handle the rest.
    What if I have more than 2 properties?
    Simply add our Additional Properties Add-On for $150 + GST per extra property. There is no limit — the more properties you have, the more comprehensive our support.
    Which plan is right for a Look Through Company (LTC)?
    If your property is held through a company or LTC, choose the Company/LTC plan at $575 + GST. This covers the company tax return (IR4), LTC income allocation to shareholders, and full compliance management.
    Can you help with Airbnb rental income?
    Absolutely. Short-stay rentals like Airbnb have specific tax rules in New Zealand. Our team is experienced with mixed-use property calculations and GST obligations for short-term accommodation.
